Habitat

Celaray is passive and will flee when it sees the player, though it will fight back when attacked. Celaray is primarily found in low-level areas like the Windswept Hills, the Sea Breeze Archipelago, and the Forgotten Island. It can also be found in the northwestern edge of the Bamboo Groves.

Overview

Celaray (Japanese: ルミカイト Lumikite) is a Water-element Pal. Celaray is a small, ray-like Pal with a light blue body and a pale blue underside. It also has white markings on the top of its fins, two small nubs resembling hands on under its head, yellow markings on its face, and a pair of blue antennae with yellow tips.
