Sootseer
It was once believed that as the world approached its end, the flame would weaken. Doomsayers would repeatedly rejoice when the flame began to weaken, but in the end, it turned out to be a prank by Sootseer. At least, for now.

While in party, player and party Pals take 1% less Neutral damage. (Does not stack) Sometimes digs up Bone when assigned to Ranch.
Where to find Sootseer
Sootseer has no wild spawn data in this bake (boss-only, egg-only, or not extracted).
Habitat
Sootseer can be found in the Secluded Cemetary on Sakurajima at night. Sootseer is aggressive and will attack the player on sight. Additionally, as it is a Dark-element Pal, it does not sleep at night.

Overview
Sootseer (Japanese: オドロクロ Odorokuro) is a Dark / Fire-element Pal. Sootseer is a medium-sized, ghostly Pal with a predominantly black body and wispy purple flames emanating from its hands and head. It also has glowing green eyes and wears a skull-like mask on its face.
