Habitat

Tarantriss can be found around the Desiccated Dunes at night, as well as in the southern half of the Scorched Hill on Feybreak. It typically spawns in pairs. Tarantriss has a neutral temperament, only attacking if attacked first or if the player attacks another Tarantriss. Additionally, as it is a Dark-element Pal, it does not sleep at night.

Overview

Tarantriss (Japanese: モモンチュラ Momontula) is a Dark-element Pal. Tarantriss is a small, arachnid-like Pal with a predominantly black body supported by four legs with sharp black claws and layered in bright pink, skirt-like coverings. A frilled pink collar surrounds its white torso, which features yellow, eye-like markings on its chest. Two sleek arms extend from its shoulders, ending in oval, pod-like tufts of pink fur with purple stripes and three small, black, pointed fingers. Its head is large, with pink, moth-like antennae marked by a purple zigzag pattern. It also has narrow, catlike yellow eyes with slit pupils, and three oval-shaped pink protrusions on its forehead.
