Habitat
Turtacle is aggressive and will attack the player on sight. Turtacle can be found as a regular spawn on the Isle of Decayed Treasures. It typically spawns in groups of 2 to 3 individuals.

Overview
Turtacle (Japanese: ヘルメッコ Helmekko) is a Water-element Pal. Turtacle is a small Pal with a cream colored body, stubby feet, and a tail with a pink tip. Attached to its head is a large, white-rimmed blue shell with red spikes. Turtacle also has two large arms coming from the underside of its shell that end in three-clawed hands.
